Shatter splatter

I did this mani back in April and never got around to posting it.  It's a cute look for shorter nails and soo easy to do!

To do this mani...

Apply a base coat and then 2 coats of a bright, vibrant colour to your nails.  When the base colour is dry, paint on random blotches of white over the base colour.  When the nails are thoroughly dry, paint on one coat of black shatter and wait for the magic to happen!
